Classes are available for children from 4 years upwards in both these popular styles. Both modern and tap are energetic dance styles and the classes focus initially on technique developed through fun exercises, moving onto the development of style and performance skills.

We follow the ISTD modern theatre and tap syllabus, and children are entered for examinations from 5 years of age, when the teachers consider they have attained the necessary standard. The children also work on performances for shows and displays to develop their confidence and creativity.
