Ben Hartley is the founder and director of this international musical theatre training programme based in New York. Ben originates from Warrington and following a multi-faceted career, from ballet to musical theatre in the West End, moved to New York, where he has performed on Broadway in "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" and Disney's "Little Mermaid".

This intensive programme educates, develops and strengthens the skills of young dancers, singers and actors by giving them an insight into what it takes to have a successful career in musical theatre. Students work closely with Broadway artists, incredible master teachers, and a family of entertainment specialists.

The Principal, Karen Speers is the UK co-ordinator for the programme and liaises with the UK students and their parents as well as accompanying the students with her staff.
